Stage One surveying Canterbury Cathedral

The new brief 'Architectural Graft' has been launched. Stage One is now surveying the challenging site: Canterbury Cathedral. Here are few pictures from last Thursday when Stage One has spent the whole day on site measuring. We have been enjoying amazing on-site talks delivered by Heather Newton, Head of Stone Conservation, visiting both the Stone Workshop, where master stonemasons are working and apprentices are training, and the roof of the Corona at the Eastern end of the Cathedral.
