We are pleased to announce a Multistory guest lecture by:

Tina Richardson

Schizocartographer

Thursday 22nd October 2015 // Drinks 5.30pm // Lecture 6pm // Architecture Foyer

//

Tina Richardson is a specialist in the field of Urban Cultural Studies and is an independent scholar, working as an editor-writer, guest lecturer and consultant.

From a cultural theory and psychogeography background, Tina works in identity and place, the application of poststructural theory to space, and the appearance of urban space under neoliberalism. She is currently editor of ‘Walking Inside Out: Contemporary British Psychogeography’.

Tina can be found exploring the realms of schizocartography; providing her opportunities for multiple ways of operating in space and reading the environment. Not only that, it attempts to reveal the aesthetic and ideological contradictions that appear in urban space while simultaneously reclaiming the subjectivity of individuals by enabling new modes of creative expression.
