Patrick is a Chartered Architect and formally a director a of a successful, design orientated, London based architectural practice. Before that he worked at the RIBA Gold Medal winning practice Powell and Moya and Stirling Prize winner Hodder Associates. He joined UCA in 2021. As Chair of RIBA Visiting Boards, he has visited Universities in the UK, Ireland, South America, and Malaysia. For 15years he was involved with the ARB as a Lead Examiner of overseas students seeking equivalence of qualifications at Part 1 and Part 2. Earlier in his career Patrick taught Design Studio at Cambridge and Greenwich and was a Governor of Middlesex University.
