We are pleased to announce a Multistory guest lecture by:

Richard Wilson // Sculptor and Installation Artist

Richard Wilson is an internationally recognised sculptor and artist whose work explores architectural concerns with volume, illusionary spaces and auditory perception. Wilson has been nominated for the Turner Prize on two occasions and has also previously been awarded the prestigious DAAD Berlin Residency.

Wilson has exhibited widely both nationally and internationally for over thirty years and has made major museum exhibitions and public works in countries as diverse as Japan, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Australia and numerous countries throughout Europe. Wilson’s projects have generated universal critical acclaim.

In 2006 he was elected as a member of the Royal Academy and has since been made an Honorary Professor of Sculpture at the Royal Academy Schools.

Multistory is a student and alumni led guest lecture programme series at Canterbury School of Architecture, University for the Creative Arts that seeks to invite architects, designers, writers, curators, photographers and artists to speak about their work.
