We are pleased to announce a MULTISTORY guest lecture by Matthew Butcher, Academic and Historian.

Matthew Butcher is Lecturer in Architecture and Performance at the Bartlett School of Architecture where he is also Director of the Undergraduate Architecture Programme.

Recent projects and exhibitions include ‘Stage City’ (exhibited at the V&A Museum, Prague Quadrennial and the Royal Academy), ‘2EmmaToc/Writtle Calling’ a temporary radio station in Essex, which was named in Art Forum as one of the best projects of 2013 and ‘Flood House’ a floating architecture developed in collaboration with Focal Point Gallery in Southend, as part of the Radical Essex Program.

Matthew is also co-founder and editor of the architectural newspaper P.E.A.R.: Paper for Emerging Architectural Research.
