MULTISTORY Guest Lecture åyr Art Collective Thurs 24th Nov 2016

We are please to announce a MULTISTORY guest lecture by åyr, an art collective based in London.

Thursday 24th November 2016 // Drinks 5:30pm // Lecture 6:00pm // The Architecture Foyer.

åyr is a London based art collective whose work focuses on contemporary forms of domesticity. It was founded in 2014 by Fabrizio Ballabio, Alessandro Bava, Luis Ortega Govela, and Octave Perrault.

åyr have given talks internationally and have exhibited across Europe since their inception.

Their most notable works are the AIRBNB Pavilion ( using Airbnb as a paradigm to explore contemporary forms of domesticity ) for the 2014 Venice Biennale and the Days Room for 'Home Economics' at the British Pavilion at the 2016 Venice Biennale ( creating immersive 1:1 environments, which challenged the status quo and proposed new models for the home ).
